Serious Survey about Near Death Experience

Dear members,

my name is Bertjan Doosje, and I am a Professor in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands (e.j.doosje@uva.nl).

We have devised a serious survey about the experiences of people who have had a near death experience. All answers will be treated fully anonymously. Our goal is to compare the perceptionn of mortality among people who did and people who did not experience a near death experience. We are seriously interested in how people differ from each other - we take all answers very seriously. We are not out to make people look silly or wrong (I know some people might be afraid the this sometimes might occur).
